Unless agreed otherwise, all deliveries will be made to the kerbside or the bottom of the driveway. Alternative methods of delivery such as a crane/hiab vehicle are available upon request, but these will incur an extra charge.
If you feel you have any access issues regarding the delivery, please make us aware upon order, or discuss directly with the courier when they call to book in the delivery. The delivery depot will run arctic size vehicles which can be unsuitable for certian drops. Please request a 7.5t vehicle if you think this would be more suitable. All vehicles have tail lift off load and a pump up pallet cart to make delivery.
Ensure the delivery area is flat and solid enough to take the weight of a pallet truck carrying up to 1 tonne in weight. Please advise Easypave of any constraints which may restrict access to your address for our delivery vehicles.
Easypave delivers to all UK mainland addresses. There is, however, an extra charge for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Extremeties & Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses. *The postcodes below are classed as Scottish Extremeties and Highlands by our courier, and will therefore incur an extra charge unfortunately.
Free delivery on all orders over £199 inc. VAT
All orders over £199 inc. VAT will be delivered free of charge*. Deliveries under £199 inc. VAT will incur the following delivery rates:
- Under £100 inc. VAT have a £30 delivery rate (plus vat)
- Between £101 inc. VAT and £198 have a £20 delivery rate (plus vat)
*Delivery is FREE on orders over £199 inc. VAT except for deliveries to postcodes AB, DD, FK 8, 9,11-21, IV, KW, KY1, 6-16, 99, PH and PA 20-41 - if you require delivery to any of these postcodes, please email us or call 01484 664410 for a quote.
Delivery will normally be made within five working days from receipt of order. We will email to let you know the delivery date.We may be able to give an estimated time of delivery but this may not be possible for every order.
- Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
- We will usually dispatch within 2 working day after receipt of order, next working day if possible.
- Delivery times apply to items in stock.
- If any items are out of stock we will contact you and either organise a refund, or give you an estimated time of availability.
What happens if I have some breakages?
Please contact us to report any breakages, damages etc as soon as possible.If you are able to see any obvious damages on delivery, we ask you to sign for it as "Damaged". Please take a digital picture to help us establish what caused the problem. Due to the nature of the product, breakages can occur, and without a POD marked "Damaged" it may be impossible, and beyond our control to arrange for any replacements to be sent free of charge. We will make it a priority to replace any damaged goods, and by following the above steps this whole process can be made quicker and easier.
Please allow for a maximum of 5% in breakages when ordering our natural stone products.
Orders may be returned within 14 days of receiving delivery. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. A full refund will be credited minus the relevant collection and restocking charges.
*It is always advisable not to book your builders or any hire equipment for the same day as you want delivery. Although we always try to ensure delivery is made on the arranged day, there is always the chance that unforseen circumstances, matters beyond our control, may result in this not being possible.
