Delivery
Unless agreed otherwise, all deliveries will be made to the kerbside or the bottom of the driveway. Alternative methods of delivery are available upon request.
Ensure the delivery area is flat and solid enough to take the weight of a pallet truck carrying up to 1 tonne in weight. Please advise Easypave of any constraints which may restrict access to your address for our delivery vehicles.
Delivery addresses
Easypave delivers to all UK mainland addresses. There is, however, an extra charge for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses.
Free delivery on all orders over £199
All orders over £199 will be delivered free of charge*. Deliveries under £199 will incur the following delivery rates:
- Under £100 have a £30 delivery rate (plus vat)
- Between £101 and £198 have a £20 delivery rate (plus vat)
*Delivery is FREE on orders over £199 except for deliveries to postcodes AB, DD, IV, KW, PH and PA - if you require delivery to these five postcodes, please email us or call 01484 664410 for a quote.
Delivery times
Delivery will normally be made within three working days from dispatch, and Easypave's courier will contact you to arrange a suitable day for delivery. We may be able to give an estimated time of delivery but this may not be possible for every order.
- Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
- Delivery times apply to items in stock.
- If any items are out of stock we will contact you and either organise a refund, or give you an estimated time of availability.
Returns Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of recieving delivery. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. A full refund will be credited minus the relevant collection and restocking charges.
THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
