  • Delivery and Returns

    The delivery area must be flat and solid enough to accommodate a pallet truck carrying up to 1 tonne in weight. Please advise Easypave of any constraints which may restrict access to your address upon ordering, and mention this to the courier when they contact you.

    The delivery depot will run arctic-sized vehicles, which can be unsuitable for certain drops. Please request a 7.5t vehicle if this would be more suitable. All vehicles use tail lift offload and a pump-up pallet cart to make delivery.

    Unless agreed otherwise, all deliveries will be made to the kerbside or the bottom of the driveway. Alternative delivery methods such as a crane/hiab vehicle are available upon request, but these will incur an extra charge.

    Delivery addresses

    Easypave delivers to all UK mainland addresses. There is, however, an extra charge for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Dublin, the rest of Southern Ireland, Scottish Offshore Islands, Extremities & Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey, and BFPO addresses. *The postcodes below are classed as Scottish Extremities and Highlands by our courier and will incur an extra charge, unfortunately.

    Free delivery

    All orders over £250 (including VAT) will be delivered free of charge, except for deliveries to postcodes AB, DD, FK 8, 9,11-21, IV, KW, KY1, 6-16, 99, PA20-41, or PH. If you require delivery to any of these postcodes, please contact us for prices.

    Deliveries under £250 inc. VAT will be calculated at checkout. Some complete packs below £250 (including VAT) also include free delivery.

    Delivery times

    Delivery will typically be made within three to four working days from dispatch. The courier will contact you directly to book the delivery date. We can usually give an estimated delivery time, but this may not be possible for every order.

    Please note that:

    • Working days are considered to be Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
    • We will usually dispatch within two working days after receiving the order, the next working day if possible.
    • Delivery times only apply to items in stock. For out of stock items, please contact us for an estimated delivery or refund.
    • An express delivery (1 to 2 working days) upgrade is available at checkout.


    Please contact us to report any breakages or damage as soon as possible and send us digital photos of the damage. If you notice any damages on delivery, please ensure you sign for the delivery as "damaged". Without proof of delivery marked "damaged" and accompanying digital photos, we may be unable to arrange for replacements to be sent free of charge and this process may be delayed.

    Please allow for a maximum of 5% in breakages when ordering our natural stone products.

    Returns policy

    Orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. A full refund will be credited. minus any collection and restocking charges.

    We recommend not booking builders or hiring equipment for the date of delivery. While we do our best to ensure delivery is made on the arranged day, there is always the chance that circumstances beyond our control may result in delays. We also recommend ensuring you have all required building materials on-site before the paving arrives.

    This policy does not affect your statuatory rights.
