    Here are a few frequently asked questions (FAQs), which may help you with your enquiry. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us.


    Can we deliver to an address other than the billing address?

    We are able to deliver to an address other that your billing address, but we may require further information from your bank, depending on payment method.


    When will my delivery come?

    All orders will reach you within 5 days. Once you've placed an order with us we will contact you with a delivery date. If this is unsuitable, please get in touch to discuss. View our Delivery page for more information.


    What happens if I have some breakages?

    Please contact us to report any breakages, damages etc as soon as possible. If you are able to see any obvious damages on delivery, we ask you to sign for it as "Damaged". Please take a digital picture to help us establish what caused the problem. Due to the nature of the product, breakages can occur, and without a POD marked "Damaged" it may be impossible, and beyond our control to arrange for any replacements to be sent free of charge. We will make it a priority to replace any damaged goods, and by following the above steps this whole process can be made quicker and easier.


    Is there a delivery charge?

    As long as your order value exceeds £200 inc. VAT, we provide free delivery throughout the British mainland with the exception of the five most northerly Scottish postcodes. View our Delivery page for more information.


    Do I have to order full pallets?

    No. Unlike our competitors, we take pride in offering you the exact quantity you require. This service may not be possible in all cases.


    What if I need more?

    We can supply whatever quantity you require. We recommend purchasing your products in one order to take advantage of our free delivery (on orders of £200 inc. VAT or over). But remember to allow about 10% for cutting and wastage. Smaller orders will incur a delivery charge, please view our Delivery page for more information.


    What if I over-order?

    We are happy to accept any surplus products that you may have left over, providing that they are in unopened packaging and in the same condition as they were when they were delivered. We can arrange collection, but please note that a collection charge and restocking charge will apply.


    What else do I need to consider?

    Try to plan your project as accurately as possible. You may need to hire a mortar mixer, vibrating compacting plate and an angle grinder from your local hire centre. We supply all those extras that you will need from sand and cement, to crushed and jointing compounds - email us to find out more!

    It is always advisable not to book your builders or any hire equipment for the same day as you want delivery. Although we always try to ensure delivery is made on the arranged day, there is always a chance that unforeseen circumstances, matters beyond our control, may result in this not being possible. You may also want to ensure you have any building materials you need on site, before your paving arrives.

    When ordering, please be aware that colours can vary to those on the photo. This is especially true when it comes to our natural stone products. As the with all natural products, each batch can be slightly different, there is no single set shade. We try to capture a  good representation, and different photos will show different shades. You can compare photos from our related products, such as paving, circle kits and cobble setts.


    How do I work out what I need?

    You can work out what you need by yourself or alternatively, we can work out exactly what you need. Our team of landscape designers can accurately calculate the quantity you require and provide a plan drawing to assist you when laying the paving – all free of charge.


    Is there anywhere I can view the products?

    You can view all of our products at our paving outlet showroom in West Yorkshire. We can even offer further discounts if you decide to collect your own products.

    Am I getting a good deal?

    With so many different products on the market, it is easy to get confused. As manufacturers and importers, we are perfectly poised to offer some of the finest quality products and competitive prices – direct.


    Can I use de-icing salts (rock salt) on my patio?

    We don't recommend using rock salt on any of our reproduction stone paving products as in extreme cases it can cause damage to the surface.
