    We hope that these frequently asked questions (FAQs) will help answer some common queries, but if you cannot find the answer you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Can you deliver to an address other than the billing address?

    We are able to deliver to an address other than the billing address, but we may require further information from your bank, depending on the payment method.

    When will my delivery arrive?

    All orders should reach you within 3-4 working days. Once you have placed an order with us, we will contact you with a delivery date. Full details on deliveries and returns are available here.

    What happens if I have some breakages?

    Please contact us to report any breakages, damages etc as soon as possible and we will be happy to help. Full details on deliveries and returns are available here.

    Is there a delivery charge?

    As long as your order value exceeds £250 (including VAT), we provide free delivery throughout most of the British mainland. Smaller orders will incur a delivery charge, however. Full details on deliveries and exemptions are available here.

    Do I have to order full pallets?

    No! We are generally able to supply the exact quantity of pallets that you need, helping minimise wastage and save you money. We recommend purchasing all required products in one order to take advantage of free delivery and to allow about 10% of extra product for cutting and wastage. 

    What if I over-order?

    We are happy to accept the return of any surplus products, providing that these are in unopened packaging and in the same condition as they were when they were delivered. We can also arrange collection, but a collection charge and restocking charge will apply.

    How do I work out how much product to order?

    If you are struggling to work out how much product to order, our team of landscape designers can accurately calculate the quantity you require and provide a plan drawing to assist you when laying the paving – all free of charge.

    Can view the products in person?

    All of our products are available to view at our paving outlet showroom in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire. We can offer further discounts if you decide to collect your own products, and our team are on always happy to discuss your project and requirements over a cuppa. Just get in touch to book an appointment.

    Can I order a sample?

    It’s never easy choosing the ideal paving to suit your garden or other projects, which is why Easypave offers a sample delivery service for customers unable to visit our showroom in person. 

    To order a sample, simply select the paving colour you are interested in from the paving section and add a sample to your basket. Customers are limited to a maximum of three samples each, and we do ask for a small contribution of £5 (including VAT) towards postage costs.

    Can I speak to a specialist?

    Our staff are trained and experienced landscaping professionals, so we should be able to help with any enquiry around product selection and installation. Contact us and we'll be happy to help.

    Am I getting a good deal?

    With so many different products on the market, it is easy to get confused. As both manufacturers and importers with a wealth of experience and expertise, we are perfectly placed to offer the finest quality products and competitive prices direct to customers.

    What else should I consider before ordering?

    Try to plan your project as carefully as possible. You may need to hire a mortar mixer, vibrating compacting plate and an angle grinder from your local hire centre. We supply everything you will need from sand and cement to crushed and jointing compounds.

    We recommend not booking builders or hiring equipment for the date of delivery. While we do our best to ensure delivery is made on the arranged day, there is always the chance that circumstances beyond our control may result in delays. We also recommend ensuring you have all required building materials on-site before the paving arrives.

    When ordering, please be aware that colours can vary to those on the photo - especially when ordering natural stone products which often vary between batches. We try to capture a  good representation, and different photos will show different shades. We recommend comparing photos from our related products, such as paving, circle paving kits and cobble sets to get a clearer idea of how these will look.

    Can I use de-icing salts (rock salt) on my patio?

    We do not recommend using rock salt on any of our reproduction stone paving products. In extreme cases, this can cause damage to the surface.
