We can generally arrange delivery to all UK addresses, but our couriers may apply an extra charge for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Offshore Islands, Extremities & Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey, and BFPO addresses.

Prices for delivery are dependent on the size, weight and quantity of products ordered. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we’ll be able to give you a quote. Selected products are also available for local delivery (Huddersfield postcodes only) or for collection in person from our factory and showroom in Holmfirth.

Delivery times

For in stock products, products will be dispatched within two working days and delivery will generally be made within four working days of the dispatch date. Our courier will contact you directly to book the delivery date. We can often give an estimated delivery time when you contact us to place your order, but this may not be possible in every instance. Express delivery is also available for in stock products.

Please note that working days are considered to be Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.


Please contact us as soon as possible to report any breakages or damage, including digital photos of the damage. If you notice any damages on delivery, please ensure you sign for the delivery as “damaged” so that we can follow this up with the couriers. Without proof of delivery marked “damaged” and accompanying digital photos, we may be unable to arrange for replacements to be sent free of charge and this process may be delayed.

We recommend allowing for a maximum of 5% in breakages when ordering our natural stone products.


Orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. A full refund will be credited. minus any collection and restocking charges. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Ensuring a smooth delivery

We recommend not booking builders or hiring equipment for the date of delivery. While we do our best to ensure delivery is made on the arranged day, there is always the chance that circumstances beyond our control may result in delays. We also recommend ensuring you have all required building materials on-site before the paving arrives.

For paving orders, the delivery area should be flat and solid enough to accommodate a pallet truck carrying up to 1 tonne in weight. Please advise us of any constraints which may restrict access to your address upon ordering, and mention this to the courier when they contact you.

The delivery depot may work with arctic-sized vehicles, which can be unsuitable for certain drops. In this case, please request a 7.5t vehicle if this would be more suitable. All vehicles use tail lift offload and a pump-up pallet cart to make delivery.

Unless agreed otherwise, all deliveries will be made to the kerbside or the bottom of the driveway. Alternative delivery methods such as a crane or hiab vehicle are available upon request, but these may incur an additional charge.
